Freeze Warning issued April 16 at 8:00PM EDT expiring April 17 at 10:00AM EDT by NWS Jackson KY

Alert

The National Weather Service in Jackson has cancelled the Lake
Wind Advisory.

Brisk winds are starting to settle with sunset, therefore the Lake
Wind Advisory has been cancelled.

* Temperatures are near freezing throughout the area and will
likely drop another couple of degrees below freezing for most
spots by late evening. Look for sub freezing temperatures to
continue through the night before they rise back above freezing
by late Tuesday morning. Expect areas of frost tonight, as well.

* Crops and sensitive vegetation may suffer damage if left
unprotected this evening through Tuesday morning.

Instructions

A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.
