Dense Fog Advisory issued February 14 at 4:19AM CST expiring February 14 at 10:00AM CST by NWS Houston/Galveston TX

Alert

Areas of dense fog have developed across the region with
visibility reduced to 1/4 mile or less. Visibility is still poor
even if visibility is above 1/4 mile. The fog should begin
dissipate later this morning away from the coast.
* EVENT...Dense fog with visibility less than 1/4 mile.

* TIMING...Through 10 am, with less dense fog lingering into the
mid-day.

* IMPACT...Dense fog will create hazardous driving conditions.

Instructions

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving...slow down...
use your headlights...and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
If you are walking near roads wear light colored or reflective
clothing.
