Wind Chill Advisory issued January 13 at 1:25AM CST expiring January 13 at 12:00PM CST by NWS Bismarck ND

Alert

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. The cold wind chills
will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed
skin. Expect wind chills to range from 25 below zero to 40
below zero.

* WHERE...Most of southwest and parts of south central North
Dakota.

* WHEN...Now to noon CST Saturday.

Instructions

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves. If traveling, carry extra layers of clothes and a winter
survival kit. Stay with your vehicle if you become stranded.
