Wind Chill Advisory issued January 12 at 8:43PM CST expiring January 13 at 9:00AM CST by NWS La Crosse WI

Alert

Bitterly cold winds chills are occurring across the region
tonight and will continue through Saturday morning. Plan on wind
chill values of 15 below zero to 30 below zero.
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. The cold wind chills
will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed
skin. Expect wind chills to range from 15 below zero to 25
below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Iowa, southeast Minnesota, and
into southwest Wisconsin.

* WHEN...Through 9 AM Saturday.

Instructions

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frostbite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
